Warranty Policy
1.1 We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for all eligible products.
1.2 The warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions.
1.3 The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or external factors such as water damage or fire.
Return and Exchange Policy
2.1 Customers may request a return or exchange within15 days of receiving the product, provided it is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

A: Yes, one lithium battery could work for 4-5hours, it is portable and flexible to move upward and no limitation for the power supply.

A: 1.Plug-in version: Only for AC electricity power supply, limited by power supply.
2.Lithium battery-powered version: One lithium battery could work for 4-5hours, no friendly to long time working,
3.Dual version (combined the plug in version and the lithium battery version) More flexible and convenient to use.
